Q: “How can I place an order?”
You can place an order by contacting us through our website, Instagram, Facebook page, or WhatsApp. Simply select your desired product, size, and provide delivery details.
Q: “What payment methods do you offer?”
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
Q: “How long does delivery take?”
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days, and delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.
Q: “Do you deliver all over Pakistan?”
Yes, ZahraaB delivers nationwide across Pakistan.
Q: “What are the shipping charges?”
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Q: “Can I cancel my order after placing it?”
Order cancellations are only accepted in limited cases. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot usually be cancelled.
Q: “What is your return or exchange policy?”
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We do not offer cash refunds. In approved cases, exchange or store credit is provided.
