1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.

3. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Size exchange (subject to availability)

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a mistake by ZahraaB (wrong or damaged item), return shipping charges will be covered by us.

  • If the return or exchange is due to size issues or customer preference, shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

5. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, an alternative option or store credit may be offered.

6. Refund Policy

  • ZahraaB currently does not offer cash refunds.

  • In approved cases, store credit or exchange will be provided.
