3. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship all over Pakistan.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at the time of order confirmation.

• Any additional charges due to re-delivery or address issues will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Delivery Issues

• ZahraaB is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability are not the responsibility of ZahraaB.

6. Damaged or Missing Parcels

• If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
